  I have never left a comment over the internet but after this visit, I feel the need to. First time going to this office and was very displeased. Calling for an appointment over the phone, the front desk was very helpful and understanding (polite at front desk when I arrived also). But when I got to the chair I felt unwelcomed. I'm used to going to doctor offices where the doctors and assistants are very friendly and make small talk (even ask how my day was). I received nothing, not even a hello. When the doctor arrived, I had no clue who he was because he did not introduce himself. I am normally the type of person that will shake the doctors hand and we exchange names, so we have a sense of at least what are names are! This doctor was rude and replied to me with a sarcastic response I was very surprised to hear. They said to come back if I have problems, I will not be going back. I will be driving 3 hours to my hometown to make sure this doctor did not mess up my teeth, since I did not get fixed what I planned to get fixed.
